Returns

A Customer who has concluded a contract has the right to withdraw from such a contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
In order to exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, the Consumer should send to the Seller an appropriate statement of withdrawal from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement by e-mail within 14 days from the date on which the Consumer came into possession of the goods covered by the Order.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the Consumer is obliged to return the Products subject to return in a non-deteriorated condition. The goods should be returned immediately to the address of the Seller, Klo, Kielce, ul. Klebeerga 3, 25-225, but not later than within 14 days from the date the Seller received the notification of withdrawal from the contract.
The Seller will issue the refund using the same payment methods that were used by the Consumer in the original transaction, unless the Consumer agrees to a different solution, in each case the Consumer will not incur any fees in connection with this return.
The Consumer bears the cost of returning the Product.
In the event of a defect in the goods, the Buyer has the right to complain about the defective goods on the basis of the warranty or guarantee regulated in the Civil Code, provided that the guarantee has been granted.
In order to make a complaint, please send the Seller an e-mail to [email protected] or send a letter by traditional mail to the address of Klostore, Kielce, ul. Klebeerga 3, 25-225.
The complaint will be considered within 14 days from its submission. The Seller will respond to the complaint within 14 days, sending a notification to an e-mail address or address of residence. No response from the Seller within the indicated period will be considered as a positive consideration of the complaint.
The online store returns the amount due for the returned/reported in the complaint goods to the Customer within 14 days, counting from the date of positive consideration of the complaint, to the account indicated by the Customer.
The seller does not accept any COD shipments.
